Ok i've decided what I will cook.
For the destinguished degustation on this very special evening I will serve filet de poitrine de canard at a sauce of red wine and glazed scallions. Honed with lingonberry and a fine range of thyme, carried by lightly salted potatos.
The arrangement will be completed by a salat of fresh common-beans.
